Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

 


Ingredients :

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1/2 cup soft butter.
  • 1/2 cup white sugar.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  • Half a cup of packed brown sugar.
  • 1 scrambled egg.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 2 tablespoons of milk.
  • 40 small cups of chocolate-covered peanut butter, unpackaged.

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder together; Put aside.
  3. Beat butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until foamy.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk and stir.
  5. Add the flour mixture.
  6. Mix well. Form 40 balls and place each in a small, ungreased muffin pan.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately press 1 small cup of peanut butter into each spoon.
  9. Let it cool and then carefully remove it from the pan.
