  Ingredients 2 lbs ground beef or turkey 3 tsp minced garlic 1 large Yellow onion, diced 2 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup beef broth 1/3 cup olive oil 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes 1 T Italian seasoning 1 T Adobo Seasoning 3 bay leaves 1 T seasoned salt 1/2 T black pepper 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Instructions In a large pan, saute your ground meat in skillet over medium-high heat until HALF cooked, remove from heat.   Backofen auf 200°C O/U vorheizen. Für den Biskuit 4 große Eier mit 4EL warmen Wasser und 200g Zucker weiß cremig rühren. 200g Mehl und 1/2 TL Backpulver unterheben. Auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier verteilen und 8-10 Minuten backen. Den Biskuit Boden nach dem backen umstürzen und das Backpapier vorsichtig lösen ( wenn das nicht gut geht ein Geschirrtuch nass machen und auf das Backpapier legen dann lässt es sich besser lösen. Den Biskuit Boden auf ein sauberes Geschirrtuch legen und aufrollen. 2 Dosen Mandarinen abtropfen und Saft auffangen. Für die Creme 500g Quark, 200g Sahne, 15 g Gelatine fix, 3-4 EL Mandarinensaft, 2-3 EL Zucker und 1 TL Vanillepaste miteinander gut verrühren. Den Biskuitboden aufrollen mit der Creme bestreichen, Mandarinen darauf verteilen. Wieder aufrollen und nach Belieben verzieren

LOADED MASHED POTATO BALLS

  Ingredients: • 2 cups mashed potatoes cold • 1 egg lightly beaten • 4 ounces cheddar cheese cubed • ¼ cup green onions chopped • ½ lb bacon cooked & crumbled   Instructions: Mix mashed potatoes, green onion, and 1/4 cup of the bacon crumbles. Shape mashed potatoes into 1 in. balls. Put a cube of cheese into the potato ball and press potatoes around it until cheese is completely covered. Roll into a ball. Dip the ball into the eggs, then dredge in the bacon bits. Place onto cookie sheet or baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 15 – 20 mins or until cheese is oozing out.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, chiles, onion, garlic, and pepper.Line bottom of 13×9 with 6 tortillas.Sprinkle with 3 cups of chicken and pour 1/2 sauce over top and spread to cover.Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.
